The data controller is RosaEscort.ch. For any request you can write to info@rosaescort.ch.

Registration data: username, email, password (encrypted), account type ("Independent Escort" or "Escort Agency") and role (user, advertiser, administrator).

Ad data: content entered by advertisers, including texts, images, videos (gallery and stories), rates, contact details (phone, WhatsApp), personal and physical data, area and address.

Browsing and access data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session data (via cookies and system logs). The IP address is also used to determine the country of origin for geo-blocking purposes.

Usage data: number of profile views and clicks on contact details (phone, WhatsApp), recorded for statistical and service purposes.

Review data: any author name, rating and text of reviews left by registered users on the profiles.

Payment data: handled directly by the payment provider (SumUp); the Platform does not store card data. It retains only the outcome of the transaction and the references needed to manage the purchased plan and any ELITE option.

Data is processed to: provide the service, manage accounts, publish and moderate ads, manage video stories (automatically removed after 24 hours), manage profile reviews, manage the favourites feature, process payments for publishing plans and the ELITE option, apply the geo-blocking chosen by advertisers, respond to requests and reports, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

The processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (letter b), legal obligations (letter c) and legitimate interest (letter f) for the prevention of abuse and the security of the service.

Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes indicated. Video stories are automatically removed after 24 hours. Ad content remains published for the duration of the purchased plan (and any ELITE option) and stays saved in the advertiser's reserved area until deletion is requested. Reviews remain visible as long as the profile is present on the Site or until removal is requested for legitimate reasons. Inactive accounts may be removed.

Data may be shared with: the payment provider (SumUp), hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, public authorities where required. No personal data is sold to third parties.

To apply advertisers' choices regarding the countries in which a profile must not be visible, the Platform determines the visitor's country from the IP address. This determination happens in real time and does not involve user profiling.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to the processing, port it elsewhere (portability) and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights write to info@rosaescort.ch.

We adopt adequate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including password encryption and restricted access to sensitive data.

Where data is processed by providers based outside the EU, the transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
